My Co-Worker

When I arrived at my workplace, I knew what I had to do. When I saw my co-worker not doing their job diligently and I had a problem with it. I quickly tried to understand their problem . "please do your work honestly", I said. I told the colleague my expectation of their job, that they do it sincerely, carefully, and with smile.
